Duwa Nwawt Laraw's Diary:
A Diplomatic Journey to the West (1965) Date: October 2, 1965 The winds of change sweep across the Kachin hills, and we are ready to embark on a diplomatic mission of great importance. Today, I, Duwa Nwawt Laraw, along with my trusted companions Duwa N Chyaw Tang and Punga TuLum, set out for a journey to the West, crossing into India. Our mission is to seek support for the Kachin people and establish a dialogue that may aid in the creation of an independent Kachin state.
We are guided by a hope that the world will listen to our plight. We know the risks. The borders are heavily guarded, and the political landscape is treacherous. The Indian government has not yet recognized our cause, but we are determined to bring attention to the suffering of our people under the Burmese regime.
The Kachin Independence Organization (KIO) is our lifeline, and this diplomatic journey is a key step in ensuring that our movement is recognized by international actors. report 100pages Book of ( Hidden Genocide Practise of Burman and Diary of Major N’Chyaw Tang ) https://www.burmalibrary.org/en/hidden-genocide-practise-of-burman-and-diary-of-major-nchyaw-tang See, page 47 -55- ( october 2 1965 to 1968 )
